Paired with the Neogenint RK-01 two-phase liquid cooling system, enables stable operation at ultra-high power density while reducing server noise to approximately 65 dB.
Based on GaN technology, 3500W per unit. Thanks to two-phase liquid cooling, no fans are required — the power supply cools alongside chips via the two-phase cold plate, reducing supercomputer server noise to around 65 dB.
